Shipping Terms
All items purchased from Sydney City Motorcycles are made pursuant to a contract. If you pay for shipping, then shipping terms are FOB Destination. In both cases, and if you pick up your merchandise at our retail location, the title for such merchandise passes to you upon your receipt of the goods, whether received from common carrier or by in-store pick up.
Product Images/descriptions
Sydney City Motorcycles attempts to be as accurate as possible in our product images and/or descriptions. However, Sydney City Motorcycles does not warrant that product images, descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Sydney City Motorcycles is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Merchandise Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the “Our Price” displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price in Australian Dollars for the product itself, as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The “Our Price” is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the “Our Price” may represent the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Sydney City Motorcycles can not confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, you will only be charged the correct, lower amount.
Returns
We accept returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions: Items must be returned within 30 days. Items must be in original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging or the return may be refused.
Any electronic parts or accessories are not eligible for return. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. If you request a refund, the value of your order, minus postage costs will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. Refunds generally take 2-3 business days to show up on your credit card statement/bank account.
Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days. Items must be in original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached,or the return may be refused. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. Please include a self addressed prepaid satchel with your return parcel, such as a 3kg/5kg Express Post satchel that you can purchase at your local Post Office. We'll be using this satchel to return the exchange back to you.
Refunds Policy
Please note that unless the product is damaged, faulty or an administrative error was made by SCM; we DO NOT refund the cost of transaction fees on any order for change of mind or errors made when placing the order. PayPal payments (3%) Credit Card payments (M/C -Visa 1-5 %)
Helmets
We cannot accept exchanges or returns on helmets for safety reasons. All Helmets come with a standard clear visor, unless the description states otherwise.
