Important Delivery Information for the Christmas Period
This year we recommend placing your Christmas orders ASAP!
The global pandemic has placed extra pressure on the courier system, so we recommend allowing as much time as possible when ordering your Christmas gifts to avoid disappointment. Australia Post is preparing its network to face sustained high demand from unprecedented e-commerce sales at the busiest time on the retail calendar and says Christmas deliveries will take longer this year. For up-to-date information regarding Christmas shipping, please visit Australia Post's page.
Important Information Regarding Stock Availability
Please check stock availability before placing an order. Stock availability may vary on a day-to-day basis. Although we keep many items in stock, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Items not currently in stock will need to be ordered in from our supplier (pending availability), which can take between 6-8 business days to arrive in store. Make sure you consider these additional days before placing your order; if you have any questions about stock availability please contact any store or send us an email email@example.com
If you don't like waiting or don’t want to risk a delayed order, we also sell online Gift Vouchers sent via email and can be used either online or in-store.
Christmas Break Deliveries
Any orders placed after Thursday 24th December will be shipped out starting from Tuesday 29th December 2020.
Only In-stock items will ship during this period as our suppliers will be closed. If an item is out of stock or there is any delay with your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Due to the public holidays on Friday 25th December, Monday 28th December & Friday 1st January, delivery services will be operating with delays to collect or dispatch parcels.
