RIDE DAYS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ** It
is with regret that we need to inform you of the cancellation of all HRC
Dealer Chapter rides, effective immediately. Honda Australia has been
informed by their Lawyers "that there are some issues to resolve
regarding the HRCA Dealer Chapter Guide, as well as the indemnity form and
the subsequent access to Honda's Public Liability Insurance".
Accordingly, going forward, any event that Sydney City Motorcycles runs or
manages will not be covered by Honda's Insurers. Due
to the nature of the chapter rides and in the interest of your personal
safety, we cannot operate a ride without adequate insurance
cover. We have spoken with our Insurer to see if we can source
the appropriate insurance to cover these events and until this has been
rectified, we have been forced to cancel all rides. We
understand the disappointment and inconvenience that this cancellation may
cause many of you, but this decision is unavoidable. We hope to rectify
this matter in the coming months and should the situation change, we will
contact you all. Once
