		Proof of income - 2 current payslips or Letter from your employer stating time employed and gross income If self employed - last years tax assessment or letter from accountant or registered tax agent Bank Statements with your address, BSB and Account details Driver/Riders Licence Time to time you may have to supply additional information ie Rates notice, proof of second job etc
